SaaS focused on helping MSP (Managed Service Providers) generate and distribute security reports to End Clients. UX/UI design from idea to MVP. Provided by the startup founders with information on their potential future users – the MSP (Managed Service Provider) and the End Client – I explored two distinct experiences. A subset of functionality was chosen to be developed. This most valuable first version of the product was to be used as a tool by the founders in pitches in front of potential investors, for validating ideas with actual users, and for clearing up the vision for the service.

dmarcian is a provider of DMARC compliance services. Management wanted to perform a gradual improvement of the user interface, without disrupting the overall user experience. The process of UI improvements was performed on several stages, each part of the application undergoing it’s own upgrade. It included backend changes, Style Guide reformation, color and components rework.

UI Redesign.

OSRAM is one of the largest lighting and sensor technology manufacturers worldwide. The development of new products in a company of that level begins after careful market research. Commitment to production requires internal buy-in across company departments. A new model driver (device used to control light) targeted towards industrial use is considered as a Bluetooth device, thus solving issues of initial driver programming and easier reprogramming during or after installation. Support is tentative since Bluetooth connectivity would drive production price up. A proposal for a companion mobile app is needed for internal buy-in. I collaborated with the Project Manager on
