Provided by the startup founders with information on their potential future users – the MSP (Managed Service Provider) and the End Client – I explored two distinct experiences. A subset of functionality was chosen to be developed.
This most valuable first version of the product was to be used as a tool by the founders in pitches in front of potential investors, for validating ideas with actual users, and for clearing up the vision for the service.
